East Millsboro is a small unincorporated community located in Luzerne Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is situated along the Monongahela River, east of the borough of Millsboro.
The community was established in the 1800s and was a center of coal mining and shipping. The East Millsboro Railroad Station was a major transportation hub for the region. Today, the area is primarily residential, with some small businesses and farms.
East Millsboro is home to several churches, a post office, and a community center. Nearby recreational activities include fishing, boating, hiking, and camping in the nearby state parks. The community is served by the Southeastern Fayette County School District.
